#What makes The Munchkin Patch different from other online boutiques?

Aside from our wide selection of fashion forward clothing and accessories, all of our children's items are in stock and ready to ship. Other boutiques will only order your items after you pay, then you will wait weeks before you receive your order. The Munchkin Patch works differently; All of the outfits listed on our website are in our warehouse and ready to ship immediately.

All of our items are shipped from Edmonton, AB - Canada.

 #Does The Munchkin Patch offer Free Pick-ups?

Yes we do offer pick ups, free of charge. Follow to check out and an option will be provided.

#Is there Free Shipping?

Yes, all orders over $49 get Free Shipping within Canada. American orders get Free Shipping on orders over $150.

#Do we accept orders placed outside of Canada?

Yes, we do accept orders placed outside of Canada.

#What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all credit card as well as payment via Paypal, one of the most trusted payment options available online. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We also accept EMTs, please email us at tmunkinpatch@gmail.com if thats how you wish to pay.

#When can you expect to receive your order?

Our order processing time is 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders take anywhere from 2-8 business days to arrive to your door. International shipping times vary anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

#Do we offer express or overnight shipping?

We do offer express or overnight shipping for an additional shipping fee. The cost varies on your location. Please contact us prior to placing your order if interested.

#What sizes do you carry?

Our children's collection sizes vary anywhere from 0-3M and up depending on certain styles we'll carry up to size 10.

# Is the size you want out of stock?

Some pieces are extremely limited and may only be available in limited quantities. Other items may be part of last season's collection and may not be re-stocked. We do our best in re-stocking items in a timely manner, but we recommend to place your orders as soon as possible if there is something you love. If you would like further information on the availability of a particular item, please contact us.

#What are your customer service hours?

Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm MST. Please allow up to 1 business days for a response to your inquiries.

#What is your return or exchange policy?

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your clothing items within 5 days of receiving them. Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items need to be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached. Accessories and bathing suits are final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, you will receive store credit for your items minus shipping costs. For your reference, we charge a flat shipping fee of $8 or $9 within Canada (depending on where you are located) and $9.50 flat rate for the US and Brazil. . PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO US. WE WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS.

#Will there be tracking number on your purchase?

All orders over $50 will be given expedited shipping with tracking (within Canada) at no additional cost.
All orders over $100 will be given expedited shipping with tracking (within the US, Europe and Brazil) at no additional cost.

#Will there be insurance on your order in case of damage or misplace by the Post Office?

All orders over $50 within Canada and over $100 within the US, Europe and Brazil will be given expedited shipping with tracking as well as insurance at no additional cost. If your order is of a lesser amount as listed above and you would like to add tracking and/or insurance, please contact us prior to purchase.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are shipped and leave our warehouse.

Please Note:
All of our {delicate items} items must be hand washed only or dry cleaned.
We are not responsible for any items that are damaged in the washing machine.
